Overview

As part of ongoing system upgrades and infrastructure improvements, AI Doc Maker may automatically remove files that are older than 30 days from the platform.

This helps us maintain system performance, optimize storage, and deliver a better experience as we continue improving the platform.

What this means for you

• Documents and generated files created more than 30 days ago may be permanently deleted.
• Once removed, these files cannot be recovered.

How to keep your work safe

If you have important documents you'd like to keep long-term, we recommend saving them offline:

• Download your files — Use the download/export options in the app to save copies to your device.
• Export regularly — Make it a habit to download any work you want to keep within 30 days of creating it.
